By using Searchless.app ("Searchless", the "Service") — including the Chrome extension and the website — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Searchless provides tools to search, tag, and organise your conversations on supported third-party platforms (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini). The extension runs in your browser and stores data locally where applicable. Some features (e.g. cross-platform search, AI Search) may require an account or subscription.
3. Acceptable use
You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the platforms you use (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). You may not use the Service to violate others' rights, circumvent platform security, or abuse our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans (e.g. Pro) are subject to the pricing and billing terms presented at signup. Fees are charged in advance. You may cancel in accordance with the plan terms; refunds are as stated at purchase.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) or for how you use the Service with your data.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Searchless and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
